In addition to our full range of random digit dialing sampling products, GENESYS Sampling Systems also provides researchers with access to all listed telephone households in the U.S. Listed household samples provide the ability to improve both sample efficiency and incidence rates when the research challenge faced calls for it. With targeted demographics available to the household level, GENESYS can provide sample households with the specific characteristics your research project demands. Geographic selections are available down to the ZIP+4 or census block level and include tightly defined areas such as a radius around a point (address), retail trading areas, and other non-standard geographic areas that can be easily targeted. Selection criteria include numerous demographic variables, including income, age and gender of adults and children, race, ethnic surnames, home ownership, etc.

GENESYS' access to over 97 million U.S. Households is provided by its annual license of the InfoUSA List Install consumer database product.  List Install is the largest unduplicated consumer database in the United States. The file is multi-sourced to provide the most complete coverage possible, while mitigating the potential bias associated with single source household lists. Inputs to the database include telephone directories, automobile and motorcycle registrations, real estate listings, and driver's license data. Updated bi-monthly, this database consistently provides a current resource for sampling the ever-shifting U.S. population.

While not fully projectable to all households in a targeted universe, due to the under-coverage associated with non-listed households, GENESYS Listed Household samples provide an appropriate compromise between coverage and efficiency in many research situations. And, like all GENESYS samples, those selected from our Listed Household files benefit from the years of sample design, selection, and research data collection experience resident in our client service production staff.

Geographic selection is available on any geographic variable down to the ZIP+4 and census block level (i.e., state, county, CBSA, DMA, exchange, ZIP Code, ZIP+4, census tract, census block group and census block). Selection criteria includes numerous demographic variables (e.g., income, age and gender of adults and children, race, ethnic surnames, home ownership, etc.).
