Moving beyond the naive NPA-NXX/thousand-block flagging techniques available industry-wide, the unique GENESYS-CSS service will be a boon to researchers who choose to comply with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) restrictions that prohibit the use of automated dialing devices to place calls to wireless/cellular telephone subscribers. GENESYS-CSS identifies ALL TYPES of wireless numbers, including those in historically dedicated wireless and "mixed use" exchanges AS WELL AS those that have been ported from conventional landline service.

All telephone samples (e.g., RDD, Listed Household, customer lists, etc.) are virtually certain to contain wire line numbers that have been ported to a wireless/cellular carrier. GENESYS-CSS is the only service that will protect survey researchers from knowingly and willfully violating the restrictions on dialing these wireless numbers.  GENESYS-CSS RDD samples not only allow for TCPA compliance, but are also the most cost-efficient samples available for survey research – significantly more efficient than even Listed Household samples and client supplied lists.
